WILL OF MARY DOKINA
I,Mary Donina,widow,of Courtney,Union Township,
Washingt n County,Pennsylvania,having full legal capacity in th
premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and Te ta.ent,hereby
revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any ti.e
heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct .y Executors,hereinafter naaed,to pay
all ay just debts,funeral expenses,and the costs of the adminis-
tration of .y estate,as soon after my d cease a8 may be proper
and expedient.
2.I will and bequeath the sua of Two Thousand
($2,000.00)Dollars to each of the following naaed persons,viz:
.y grandson,Pete E.Donina;.y granddaughter,Patricia Donina;
and my granddaughter,Gudita Donina;absolutely.
3.I will and devise the real estate,together with
the improvements thereon,in which I now reside and fronting on
Route 837 in Union Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
extending back therefro between two private roads,said i pro e-
ments consisting of a two-story frame busines and apartment
building,a small one-story concrete block dwelling house and a
two-car garage,to ay son,Joseph P.Donina,in fee aiaple aad
absolutely.I also will and bequeath to ay said 80n,J eph P.
Donina,all .y furniture and all the equip.ent and fixtures used
in the operation of the restaurant liquor license which e and I
own jointly.
4.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,where oeyer situate or found,of which 1 aay die
seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the tiae of
.y decea e,nd reaaining after the payment of the everal iteas
set forth in the preceding paragraphs hereof,I Will,devise,and
bequeath uto my beloved children,Eaanuel F.Donina and Joseph P.

5.I do hereby appoint my two sons,Emanuel F.Donina
