OF
EtJGENIE BOUCHY
I,EUGENIE BOUCHY of Cecil,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of Bound mind and memory,do make,publish nd declar
,this my Last Will and testament,hereby revoking any and all w lIs
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I order and direct that my Ex tor here n.
after named pay all my just debts and funeral expense as sao
after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:After the payment of uch funeral expenses
and debts I give,devise,and bequeath to my beloved son nd
daughter,Leo Bouchy and Marie Bouchy Cairns,my entire estate,
both re 1 and sonal shar and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my brat er
George Albert as Executor of this,my Last Will and Test ent;
and I do direct that no bond shall be required of him as Executor
hereunder.
IN TESTIMONY VmEREOF,I,EUGENIE BOUCHY have hereunto
set my hand and seal this 15th day of July,1950.
