I,Mabel Lindsay Criswell,of the City of Washington,County of Washington,and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind do hereby 1IIake and declare this to
be'my last Will-Testament hereby revoking any and all other Wills heretofore made by
me.
I direct that any just debets and funeral expences be paid as soon as possible
after my decease.This house is O\·med jointly by my Son Howard Lindsay Griswell and
myself.After my death,the house is to be sold.Howard Lindsay Griswell is to get
one half,and George -Edison Griswell is to get the other half.Everything in the
house is to be sold.Howard Lindsay Criswell and George Edison Criswell to pick
out what they \-Jant and sell the rest.Also,the money I have in the bank is to be
divided between Howard L.and George E.Criswell each one half.Edward C.Criswell
and
is to get One Dollar of my estate.He is disowned and disinherited/if he tries to
brake \ofill,dollar is to go to my estate and he gets nothing and is not to attend
the funeral,either at the house or the Funeral Home or Gemetry.
My darling little grandaughter Phyllis Ilean Criswell is to get my watch and
my crystal beads and all my je'\tlelry.
Howard S.Criswell Sr.is to get one dollar,because he took my fifty dollar
first war bond and sold it.Also,the United States Steel stock and sold it,too.
If he trys to brake Will,he gets nothing and dollar goes to the estate.
