I,John Alvin Beddow,of the City of Washington,Coun-
ty of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,
memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former i le
by me at any time made.
FIRST:It is my desire that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid by ~Executrix hereinafter named as Boon after ~
decease as possible.
SECOND:
Harriett
I will,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Margaret
Beddow,the sum of One Thousand t 1.000.00)Dollars.
THIRD:I will,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Elizabeth
Anna Beddow,the sum of One Thousand t $1.000.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my personal and mixed prop-
erty,including monies,bonds,etc.,of whatever nature it ~y b
and wherever found,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Effie
Pearl Eeddo
FIFTH:I Will.devise and bequeath all my real estate that I
may die seized,herever located.to my wife,Effie Pearl Beddow,

Lastly,I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife,Effie Pearl
Beddow,Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
