I,Annetta S.Deems Baker,of West Pike Run Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby
revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time made.
First.I direct my Executor and Executrix hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as they can conveniently
do so after my decease.
Second.I give and be~ueath to my husband,Harry H.Baker,all park
e~uipment on my land in West Pike Run Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
Third.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Margaret Theressa Baker Ha~l,
all of my household goods and furniture.
Fourth.I give and devise to my husband,Harry H.Baker,my farm in
West Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,containing
forty-eight acres,more or less,located on the Deems-Bentleyville
Road,and bounded by lands of Ernest Maslo,Melvin Whiting,A.Russell
Deems,S.T.Clark Heirs and others,with the dwelling house,barn and
other buildings thereon,it being the same land that was devised to
me by my father,Wilber A.Deems.
Fifth.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real
and personal,including all money in bank,I give,bequeath and devise,
in equal shares,to my husband,Harry H.Baker,Jnd my daughter,Margaret
Theressa Baker Hall.
Fifth.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my said husband,
Harry H.Baker,and my said daughter,Margaret Theressa Baker Hall,
to be Executor and Executrix of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Annetta S.Deems Baker,the Testatrix above-
named have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2.I day of January
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty (1950).
