LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,FRANK V.HULTZ,SR.,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills
heretofore made by me.
1.I direct the payment of my just debts,including the
exp0nse of my funeral.
2.I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars to
each of the following persons:
a.Mary Lou Centofanti,my granddaughter
b.Barbara Ann Cushey,my granddaughter
c.Frank Lushen,my grandson
3.I give and bequeath to the following persons the followin
items of personal property:
a.Larry E.Hultz,my grandson,double barrel shotgu
b.Samuel E.Hultz,my grandson,single barrel shotg11
c.Frank Lushen,my grandson,all of my tools.
4.I direct that all taxes on the foregoing legacies be paid
from the residue of my estate.
5.The rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath as follows:
a.Mary E.Lushen,daughter,one-fifth thereof.
b.Anna Bell Gilkeson,daughter,one-fifth thereof.
c.Clarence D.Hultz,son,one-fifth thereof.

d.Frank V.Hultz,Jr.,son,one-fifth thereof.
e.Larry E.Hultz,grandson,one-tenth thereof.
f.Samuel E.Hultz,grandson,one-tenth thereof.
