I,FLORA B.DONNAN,of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will and do
hereby revoke any will previously made by me.
FIRST.I bequeath the sum of $500.00 to Arthur Smith
and the sum of $500.00 to Cleo Smith,both of Washington,Pennsyl-
vania.
SECOND.I devise to Charles N.Brady,my nephew,
and to Rose Brady,his wife,tbe cottage and tract of 35 Acres
in the ToWn of Meddybemps,Washington County,Maine,which was
conveyed to Mary L.Brady by Wm.G.Harriman and Clara A.Harri-
an,by deed dated August 5,1909,recorded in Deed Book 286,
page 358.
THIRD.I bequeath and devise the residue of my
estate,of every nature and wherever situate,to my said nephew,
Charles N.Brady.
FOURTH.I direct that all federal,state and other
death taxes,payable because of my death,to Which the property
forming my gross estate for tax purposes or the transfer of any
property hereunder may be subject,including any interest or
penalty imposed in connection with such tax,shall be considered
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate,and
shall be paid out of the residue of my estate without apportion-
ment or right of reimbursement.
FIFTH.I appoint Richard G.Miller,Jr.,Executor of
my Will and direct that he shall not be required to give bond in
any jurisdiction in which he may serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
