mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made.
ITEM 1:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executors as soon as convenient
after my death.
ITEM 2:All the rest,residue ann remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my three children,namely:Margaretta
Day Rogers,Robert L.Day and LawrenCe L.Day,share and share
alike.
ITEM 3:I name,constitute and appoint my son,
Robert L.Day,and my daughter,Margaretta Day Rogers,as Executo s
of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that they shall not
be required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction.
