LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT • I,Frosine P.Bardella,widow,of the Town of Avella, County of Washington and state of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind, memory and understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills hereto- fore made by me. FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,last illness and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate, real,personal and mixed of whatever kind or nature and wheresoever situate,unto my daughter,Inez Edith Bardella,in trust,the income of the said trust estate,and the principal of the said trust estate in the discretion of the Trustee,to be used by the Trustee for the support,education and maintenance of my minor children until my youngest child shall have arrived at the age of twenty-one (21)years,at which time the said trust estate 1s to terminate and the remaining principal,if any,of the trust estate is to vest absolutely and is to be distrilJuted in equal shares among my children namely,Inez Edith,Lena,Ella,Lydia,Neva, Achilles,Belinda,Evelyn,Edward,William and Jean Ann and in case any of my said children should not be living at that time but have died leaving issue,such issue shall take,and,if more than one, among themselves dividing the share or shares which their parent or parents respectively would have talcen if then living and in case any of my.-said children have died without leaving issue the share or shares of my deceased child or cr~ldren shall vest in and be distributed equally among my other children living at the time of the termination of the said trust. •• THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Inez Edith Bardella,Executrix of this my Last ill and Testament and Trustee of the trust created by this my Last Will and Testament.I hereby direct that the said Executrix and Trustee shall act without bond.
