Letters Testamentary filed.
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,THOMAS S.CRAGO,of the
Borough of Waynesburg,Greene
County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind,memory and understanding do hereby make and publish
this my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void all
former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I devise and bequeath to my wife,Margaret H.
Crago,my residence property at 312 West Franklin Street,in the
North Ward of the Borough of Waynesburg,Pennsylvania,as well as
the Throckmorton lot adjoining same and fronting on the park'~with
the appurtenances,together with all the furniture,household goods
and effects of every kind in and about the same,and my automobile~.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature or kind and whereso-
ever Situate,I direct shall be managed,handled and controlled by
my executors hereinafter named,the entire income therefrom to be
paid to my wife,Margaret H.Crago,during her lifetime with the
right to use and dispose of as she shall deem best;and I further
direct that she shall have the right to use so much of the principal
or corpus of the estate as she shall or may at any time deem nec-
essary or proper for the comfortable support and maintenance of
herself and our children,for their education,or to aid them in
establishing a home or business for themselves,a record of such
advancement to be kept by my executors for purpose of equalization.
THIRD:At the death of my said.wife,or sooner if she
shall so elect,I direct that the entire undistributed or unexpended
balance of my estate then remaining shall be divided between my son,
John Hughes Crago,and my daughter~,Leah Abigail and Ruth Constance

Crago,or their heirs,charging each with any amounts of the prin-
cipal or corpus of the estate theretofore received by them,re-
spectively,to the end that each may share equally therein.
FOURTH:I hereby appoint my wife,Margaret H.Crago,
testamentary guardian of my daughter,Ruth Constance Crago,with
full and complet~power and authority to do and perform everything
needful in the management of all her property and estate,to serve
without bond or security,and direct that she shall not be required
to file or state any account of her administration as SUCh.
FIFTH:I hereby appoint my wife,Margaret H.Crago,and
Walter C.Montgomery,executors of this,my will,with full power
and authority in them,or the··suryivor of them,to manage and con-
trol my estate,to sell,assign and transfer any and all forms of
stocks,bonds,securities or other property,or to lease,sell or
convey any or all real estate of which I may die seized,at either
public or private sale,at their discretion,and upon such terms and
conditions as to them shall deem best,and to make,execute and
deliver any and all proper agreements,assignments or other instru-
ments of transfer,as well as deeds of conveyance for real estate,
with power to convert,reconvert,invest and reinvest the same
from time to time at their discretion in good income producing
property or securities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,THOMAS S.CRAGO,the testator,
have to this,my will,typewritten on three sheets of paper,set
my hand and seal this 12th day of August,A.D.,one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-five (1925).

Before me,J.Bryan Varner,Register for the probate of
wills and granting Letters of Administration and for said county,
personally appeared Leah A.Crago and Ruth C.Crago,subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing,purporting to be
the last Will and testament of Thomas S.Crago,late of Waynesburg,
in the County of Greene deceased,who,being dUly sworn according
to law,depose and says that they were personally present and saw
and heard the said testator sign,seal,pUblish and declare the
foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testa-
ment,and that they signed their names as witnesses to the said
instrument of writing in the presence of the said testator and at
his request,and in the presence of each other,and at the time of
signing the same he,the said testator was of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,to the best of their knowledge and
belief,and that as they shall answer to God at the last Great Day.

Margaret H.Crago and Walter C.Montgomery do swear by
Almighty God the searcher of all hearts,that as Executors of
the last Will and Testament of Thomas S.Crago,late of Waynesburg,
Greene County,Pa.,deceased,they will well and truly administer
the goods and chattels,rights and credits of said deceased,
according to law,and also that they will diligently and faithfully
regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law
relative to Transfer and Federal Inheritances,and that as they
shall answer to God at the last Great Day.
