Will of J~hn T.Huston
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,John T.Huston,
of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
having full legal capacity in th9 premises,do hereby make this
my Last Will and Testament,hereay revoking and making void any
and all Wills by me ~t any time ~eretofore made,in manner and
form as follows:
1.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
all of my just debts,funeral ex]enses,transfer inheritance,
succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate may
be lawfully liable,and the expenses of the administration of my
estate ~s soon after my decease as may be proper and expeiient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever si~uate or found,of which I may die
seized cr possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraph 1.hereof,I will,devise
and bequeath unto my wife,Grace C.Huston,in fee simple and
absolutely;providing,however,that she shall survive me in life.
In the event that my said wife should predecease me,or in the
event that my wife and I shoulc meet simultaneous deaths,then,
and in either of said events,I will,devise and bequeath all of
my said residuum estate unto my caughter,Grace Huston Devore,
wife of George M.Dev~re,of tLe City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in fee simple and absolutely.
3.I her~by appoint my wife,Grace C.Huston,to be
the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event
that my said wife should predecease me,I appoint my daughter,
Grace Huston Devore,to be the Executrix hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,John T.Huston,the Testator,
have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty-fourth day of
