I,CAMILLE HALEY,also known as AUGUSTINE CAMILLE HALEY,also known as
MRS.FLORY HALEY,of Hanover Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make my Last Will and Testament,revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of my last
illness be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my daughter,LAURA STAMPFLI,all of my
jewelry,wearing apparel,books,pictures,silverware,furniture and all articles
of personal and household use,equipment and ornament,to be disposed of by her as
she sees fit.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real
and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my son,GEORGE SCHAYES,and in the
event George Schayes is not living at the time of my death,then I give,devise
bequeath said remainder of my estate to my granddaughters,RUTH CAMILLE SCHAYES
GEORGETTE LOUISE SCHAYES,in equal shares.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,GEORGE SCHAYES,
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct that my Executor shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
