I,Martino Di Giovanni,of Monongahela,Washington Count ,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,~ublish and
declare this my Last Wil~and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and fune~al
I expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
est~te,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wi~e,
Faustina Di Giovanni.Should my said beloved wife predecease me
or should we both die in a common accident or at the same time,
then in any such even~,I give,devise and bequeath the same as

follows:unto my beloved son,Frank Di Giovanni,the sum of Four
Thousand ($4,000.00)Dol~arsj unto my beloved daughter,Dina
Brandemarte,the sum of Four Thousand ($4,000.00)Dollarsj and all
the rest,residue and remainder of my estate unto my three beloved
children,Herman Di Giovanni,Frank Di Giovanni and Dina
Brandemarte,share and share alike and to be equally divided among
them.
