I,ELIZABETH DUCSAY,presently of 411 Madison Avenue,West
Brownsville,Pennsylvania,15417,do make,publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any
and all wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be
practicable after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or
to which I may be entitled at my decease to my beloved
niece,HELEN PIVOVAR.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved niece,HELEN
PIVOVAR,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,and I direct thatshe shall not be required to
enter security in any jurisdiction In which she may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this one (1)page Last Will and Testament,this /~~day of April,
