mixed,with the exception of the specific bequests aforesaid,be
converted into cash as soon as convenient after my decease.For

named,to sell and dispose of all and any part of my estate,~eal,
personal ru1d mixed,at public or private sale,for such price or
prices,and upon such terms and conditions as may seem best to
