I,ROLAND E.HOOPES,of Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just debts and
funeral expenses,the latter to include a suitable grave marker.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,William L.Hoopes,
of Upper Sandusky,Ohio,all of my real estate situate in East Liverpool,
Columbiana County,Ohio.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my grandniece,Mrs.Guenther Heidon,
presently of 1127 Valley View Drive,Minot,North Dakota,all of my
personal and household effects.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,I
give,devise and bequeath to my following nephews and grandnieces in the
following shares:
