I and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of
the expenses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real and personal,and wherero ever situate,to my beloVE d
husband,Earl C.Dalton;provided,however,that should my said
husband predecease me,th3n I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real and personal,and w~eresoever situate,to my belov d
children,Jack McKean Dal~on and Calia Jane ~scher,their heirs
and assigns forever,share and share alike.
THIR:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
husband,Earl C.Dalton,~xecutor of this my Last Will and Testa-
I ment;provided,however,that should my said husband predecease
me,then I nominate,constitute and appoint Eewis P.Fischer,my
son-in-law,as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
