LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WALTER L.DEAKINS,of Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Kill and Testament.
FIRST:I direct my Executors to pay my just
debts and the expenses of my laEt illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give ard bequeath my automobiles,
clothing,jewelry and ~ll other purely personal effects to my
beloved wife,JOAN E.DEAKINS.In the event she is not living
at my death,I give anj bequeath the aforementioned items of
personal property,in equal shares,to my children living at
my death.
THIRD :All of the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,JOAN
E.DEAKINS.In the event my wife is not living at my death,
then I give,devise and bequeath the aforementioned rest,resi-
due and remainder of ~y estate,in equal shares,to my children.
FOURTH:I name a~d appoint my wife,JOAN E.
DEAKINS and PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK as the Executors of this,
my Last Will and Testament.I direct that no Bond shall be
required of any individual fiduciary named herein.
