in the County aforesaid,deceased (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly
admitted to probate;and S.D.BEEDLE and EDW.W.BEEDLE
the Executorsin said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and
subscribed the oath of office prescribed by law•
