LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LUCILLE M.HAYES,of the City of Washington,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all
other Wills and Testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order ar-d direct that my Executor hereinafter
named pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after!
my decease as conveniently may be.I
I~SECOND:All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever found,I give,devise and be-
queath in equal shares to my four (4)children,namely;WILLIAM
RICHARD ROE,JOHN WILLIAM HAYES,JR.,KATHRYN LUCILLE HAYES,and
PAUL ALLEN HAYES.
THIRD:In the event that any of my said children above
named are minors at the time of my death,I do hereby appoint my
son,WILLIAM RICHARD ROE,as Guardian of the Person or Persons of
such minor child or children.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
WILLIAM RICHARD ROE,as the Executor of this My Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this el3~y of November,1970.
