LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,CLARA BANKS,a resident of the City of Monongahela,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenie t.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,
JAMES BANKS,for and during his lifetime,my house and lot situate
at the corner of Marne Avenue and Seventh Street in the Third Ward
of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
upon his death,I direct my executrix hereinafter named to sell
the said house and lot and to divide the proceeds together with
the rest,residue and remainder of my estate equally among my
son,James •Banks;my daughters,Dorothy Marie Whitehouse and
Dolores M.Delso and my granddaughters,Dorothy Patricia Campbell
and Joy Karen Delso,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
DOROTHY MARIE WHITEHOUSE to be the executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament and I direct her to do each and every act and thing
necessary or proper to the full and complete administration of tbi
my Last Will and Testament,without bond.
