I,WILLIAM H.DEVORE,do hereby make and declare
this my Last Will,hereby revoking all wills heretofore made:
1.All of my just debts and my funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate
I devise and bequeath to my wife,Pearl E.Devore,if she is
living and if she is living I appoint her executor of this will.
3.If my wife has predeceased me I direct
that my estate be turned into cash by my executors and divided
equally among my six children,Rose L.Ray,William H.Devore,
j Jr.,Freda M.Lewis,Fern Heatley,Dane Devore and Lois Hickman
share and share alike.
4.If my wife has predeceased me I appoint
Rose L.Ray and Lois Hickman executors of this will and I direct
them to sell all of the assets of my estate at such time,for
such price and 9n ~uch terms as they deem wise and I authorize the
to make,execute and deliver deeds or documents of title for said
property the same as I could do if living.
