I,RAY A.DOUGLAS,a resident of the Borough of Houston,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish,and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I hereby give,devise,and bequeath the property located at
102 West McNutt Street,to my wife,Doris Mae Douglas,for life.I further
authorize and empower her to make,execute,and deliver any Deed or Deeds
therefore without the joinder of any other person or persons,the same as if she
had fee simple title to the same and the purchaser thereof does not need to look
to the application of the purchase price.I further direct her to re-invest the
proceeds of the same of said premises,if sold,in real estate,or at her discre-
tion,to invest the same in such securities as she may feel proper,either of the
same to be impressed with a life interest in her and the remainder interest as
hereinafter set forth.
ITEM III.Upon the death of my said wife,I hereby give,devise,and
bequeath the property at 102 West McNutt Street,or,in the event the same should
be sold in accordance with the terms of Item II hereof,and the money invested in
other real estate or in securities as therein authorized,to my two (2)children,
Thomas Allen Douglas,and Mary Louise Witosky,share and share alike.
ITEM IV.I hereby give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,and
remainder of the property of which I may die seized to my v,ife,Doris Mae
Douglas,absolutely.

ITEM V,In the event my said wife should predecease me,I hereby
give,devise,and bequeath all of the property of which I may die seized,to
my two (2)children,Thomas Allen Douglas and Mary Louise Witosky,share
and share alike.
ITEM VI.I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,Doris Mae Douglas,
as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event she should be
unable or unwilling to serve,I hereby nominate and appoint Mellon National Bank
and Trust Company,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

This instrument,consisting of two (2)typewritten pages,(each bearing
