LAST WILL AND TES':rAMENT
I,1~RY A.CHANTRENNE,of the Village of Cecil,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of
my illness and funeral.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever character and wheresoever situate,
in equal shares,to my three (3)brothers,namely:Gaspar
Chantrenne,Baltazar Chantrenne and Jacob Chantrenne,their heirs
and assigns forever.
3.Should any of my brothers aforesaid predecease me,then
and in such event,I give,devise and bequeath such share or
shares of such brother or brothers to the aforesaid brother or
brothers who survive me and to their heirs and assigns forever.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my brother,Jacob
Chantrenne,to be the executor of this my Last Will and.Testament.
Should Jacob Chantrenne predecease me then I nominate,constitute
and appoint my brother,Baltazar Chantrenne,as executor of my
will.
5.I am afflicted.with arthritis and am unable to subscribe I
