I,J.Walter Banfield,of the Borough of Houston,
County of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,do make,publish
and declare the following as and for my last will and testament:
First.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
and the expenses of settling my estate be paid by my executrix
hereinafter named as soon as the same can be done conveniently in
the course of settling my estate.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Janet
Banfield,all of my estate,real and personal,to be hers absolutely
and in fee simple forever.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my
said wife,Janet Banfield,to be the executrix of this will.
In Witness Vlhereof,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this eleventh day of May,1931.
