FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath,absolutely and forever,all of Wy
property,real,personal,and mixed,owned by me at the tirr..e of my death,as
follows:
All of my estate,real,personal,and mixed equally to my
children Patrick Lyn Hosack,Jane Rene Hosack,and Susan Denise Hosack,share
and share alike.If they sho~ld not s~rvive me,or if we die as a result of
a common accident or disaster,I give,devise,and be~~eath all of my property,
real,personal,and mixed to my sister Elvira C.Metz.
To my adopted daughter Donna Rae Ingling I leave nothing,since
she is married and well provided for.
SECOND:I appoint my sister Elvira C.Metz executrix·of this,my Last
Will and Testament.I give said executrix the fullest power and authority in
all matters and questions,including (without limitation)complete power ar.d
authority to sell (at public or private sale,for cash or credit,with or
without security),mortgage,lease,and dispose of all property,real,personal,
and mixed,at such times and upon such terms and conditions as she may determine,
all without court order.
THIRD:I revoke all prior wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore
made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I sign,seal,publish and declare this as my Last
Will and Testament,tn he presence of the persons witnessing it at my request,
this~day of ,A.D.1962,at Lackland Air Force Base,Texas.
