Testam,ent,hereby revoking cmd making void all [m'nte?'Wills by me at any time heretoforc made.
FIRST:I hereby direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SBCClliD:I hereby direct that my son Richard be permitted to live
in my house situated at Dawson Heights,Centerville Borough,
Washington Co.,Pa.,so long as he wishes afterwhich the estate
is to be divided as set forth in Item Third.
THIRD:I hereby give and bequeath my children hereinafter named
