LAST WILL AND TESTAMENl'
I,CHARLES A.BARR of Hopewell Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct that my funeral expenses be
paid as soon as possible after my decease and that a suitable monu-
ment be placed at my grave.
2.All of my estate,real,personal or
mixed,of whatsoever nature or wheresoever situate Which I may own
or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,de ise
and bequeath unto my beloved wife,Dora S.Barr,for and during the
term of her natural life,together with full and complete power of
consumption,as she may deem fit.
3.Whatever remains of my estate aforesaid,
real or personal after the death of my wife aforesaid,I give,
devise and bequeath as follows:to my daughter,Mary Nancy Bedi1-
lion,the sum of Three hundred and nO/100 ($300.00)Dollars;to my
son,William D.Barr,the sum of Three hundred and'no/100 ($300.00)
Dollars,and to my son,James T.Barr,all the rest,residue and
remainder of my said estate,real or personal,absolutely.
4.I hereby appoint my wife,Dora S.Barr,
as Executrix of my estate,but if she predeceases me,I then appoin
as Exeoutor my son,James T.Barr.I request that my Exeoutrix or
Executor retain Samuel Goldfarb as Attorney.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have he reunto set my hand and
seal this 3rd day of November,1949.
