as conveniently may be,after my decease.

memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all prior wills by
me at any time made.
I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
II.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
wherever located,to my wife,ORA F.HENRY~if she survives me;
otherwise to my nephew,GEORGE HENRY,of Fanny Street Extension,
