publish and declare this to be my Last WiU and Testament,in manner and form foUowing,hereby
revoking any wiU or wiUs heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that aU my jv..st debts and funeraZ expenses be fuUy paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath the large house in which I make my home,
being a two story,eight room frame dwelling,situated No.318 North Nain Street,
Houston,Washington Dounty,Pennsylvania,said lot fronting forty-five (45)feet
and extending back One Hundred Feet (100)fo:-.my daughter,Rose Cornell Riggle.
Third.I give,devise and bequeath the four room frame dwelling on the rear
of lot,No.318~with a 45 foot front and extending back Fifty (50)feet,to my
grandson,Charles Cornell,Jr.
Fourth.I give devise and bequeath to my daughter,Josephine Cornell,the sum
of'Five and nO/IOO ($5~OO)Dollars.
Fifth.All the remainder of my estate,whether it be real,personal or mixed
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated,I give,devise and bequeath to my
children dS follows:Lucy COl~ell Marsh,Verna Cornell Young,Nellie Cornell
Capelli,Catherine Cornell Dillon,Mary Cornell Oliver,William R.Cornell,Charles
