LAST W~L AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED·that I,Jessie Faye Hollowood,
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and
declare this as and for my last will and testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all wills and
testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby direct my executor,hereinafter named,to
have the stones removed from my three-stone diamond ring and
to give one stone to each of my three grandchildren,namely,
James Hollowood,Herbert Hollowood,Jr.and John Hollowood.
THIRD:If my husband,J.Glenn Hollowood,survives me and
survives a co~mon accident in which we are both injured,then
I give,devise and bequeath unto him,his heirs and assigns,
all the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether real,
personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate.
FOURTH:In the event my husband,J.Glenn Hollowood,does not
survive me and does not survive a co~mon accident in which we
are both injured,then I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate to my two sons,to wit,
Herbert Hollowood,Sr.and Richard Hollowood,share and share
alike.
FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my husband,J.Glenn
Hollo'Wood,as executor of this my last will and testament;but
in the event he has predeceased me,then I nominate and appoint
