FIRST CODICIL TO THE
LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF tvlAUDE C.DONALDSON
I,r~UDE C.DONALDSON,a resident of the City of
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish
and declare this to be the First Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament cated the 18th day of September,A.D.1973.
FIRST:My undivided interest in the residence
which I own jointly with my brother,Wilbur M.Crouch,situate
at 1032 Locust Street,N.E.,in the City of St.Petersburg,
Pinellas County,Florida,I give,devise and bequeath to him,
my said brother,WILBUR M.CROUCH,his heirs and assigns,togeth~r
with my interest in the furnishings therein.
SECOND:Except as herein expressly modified and
amended,I do hereby ratify and confirm my said Last Will and
Testament in all other respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have on this 6th day of November,
A.D.1973,signed,sealed,published and declared the foregoing
instrument as and for my First Codicil to my Last Will and
Testament in the presence of each and all of the subscribing
witnesses,each of whom I have requested in the presence of each
of the others to subscribe their names as attesting witnesses,
in my presence and in the presence of the others.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MAUDE C.DONALDSON
I,MAUDE C.DONALDSON,a resident of the City of
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well
as all instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made oy me
and do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executrix or Executor
hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be after my d~ath.
SECOND:I direct my Executrix or Executor to pay all
estate,inheritance,transfer and succession taxes,including any
interest and penalties thereon,which shall become payable by
reason of my death,out of the principal of my residuary estate
without seeking reimbursement from or charging any person therefo •
TI-IIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughter-in-law,RITA B.DONALDSON,
her heirs and assigns,of Library,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania
FOORT:i:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter-in-law,RITA B.DONALDSON,as the Executrix of this,my
Last Will and Testament.Should the said Rita B.Donaldson
predecease me,or fail to qualify,I hereby nominate and appoint
WILLIAM H.ROBINSON,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,as the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,to serve without bond.
FIFTh:I hereby grant to my Executor,full power
and authority in her or his discretion,to sell all or any part
of the real or personal estate of which I sl:B 11 die seized or
possessed at public or private sale,for cash or on credit and
on such terms and conditions as she or he may deem expedient,
and good and sufficient conveyances therefor to execute and
deliver.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have on this day of
A.D.1973,signed,sealed,published and declared the foregoing
instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament in the presence
of each and all of the subscribing witnesses,each of whom I
