I,LOUISE CALDWELL,of Bentleyville Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and declare this
my Last Will.
1.All of my just debts and my funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,
real and personal,I devise and bequeath to my mother,Ethel H.
Caldwell.
3.I appoint my father,Stanley F.Caldwell,
executor of this Will if he is living,but if he has predeceased
me I appoint Peoples First National Bank and Trust Company,a
banking corporation with its principal offices in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,executor hereof.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 11th day of September,Nineteen hundred and fifty-six
(1956).
We,the undersigned,subscribe that while we were in
the presence of LOUISE CALDWELL and in the presence of each other,
we did witness her sign the above instrument and declare it to be
her Last Will and Testament.
