LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GUSTAVE DIETZ,of canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,and revoke
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real and personal,to my wife,HENRIETTA DIETZj provided,how-
ever,that should she predecease me,then,I give,devise and
bequeath all of my estate to my two daughters,AMELIA AYERS
and HELEN LOUISE PODRASKY,share and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my two
daughters,Al-1ELIA AYERS and HELEN LOUISE PODRASKY,or the sur-
vivor of them,executrices of this my Last Will &Testament,
to serve without bo~d in any jurisdiction.
IN TESTIMONY W3EREOF,I,the said Gustave Dietz,have set
my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,this /9~
