LAST WILL &TESTAMENT
I,D.N.HALL,also known as D.NELSON HALL,of the
Borough of Oharleroi,Washington County,Pa.,.being of sound
and disposing mind and memory,do on this,the 26th.day of July,
1958,hereby make,publish,and declare the following to be my
last Will and Testament.
1.I hereby.revoke any and all Wills,Testaments
and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my daughter,RUTH E.HALL,
to be the executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that she be permitted to serve without bond.
3.I direct that my executrix promptly pay,from out of
the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts,inclufng the ex-
penses df,my funeral and the costs of administration.
4.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,RUTH
E.HALL,all of my right,title and interest in the real estate
situate at No.401 Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,Washington
County,Pa.
5.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
RUTH E.HALL,all of my right,title,and interest in Lot No,10,
Block 144,of the County of Tom Green,State of Texas,in fee
simple,forever.
6.I give,devise and bequeath al.l of my right,title
and interest in and to that certain real estate situate at 216-18
FalloW-field Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pa.,and 711
4th.Street,North Charleroi,Washington County,Pa.,unto
HAROLD R.TONER,and D.JEANNETTE TONER RASERA,my step-children,
in equal shares.
7.I give and bequeath unto my daughter,RUTH E.HALL
my ten shares of the Pittari Fuel Company,as well as my 1937
Plymouth Sedan.
8.I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,RUTH
E.HALL,any and all personal property,whether the same be cash,
funds in banks,stocks,bonds,household goods,and/or any other
form of personal property,and I do include herein the two shares
of stock in the Charleroi Cemetery Company and all my right,
title and interest in and to the burial lot in Monongahela Cemeter •
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the day and year first above written.
