I,GERTRUDE P.DeNORMANDIE,of the City of W~shington,
Washington County,Pe~nsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do make and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my home,the house and lot
at 510 Central Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania to my brother,Luther
D.Peacock of Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.I give,devise and bequeath all of the residue of my
estate in equal shares to my Two (2)nieces,Dorothy Marie Hawkins Rutter
and Ruth Ellen Hawkins Rutter.
4.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Meyer Goldfarb,
Attorney,to be the Executor of this my Last will and Testament.In the
event he shall be unable to serve as such,then I ~.ppoint Howard E.
Goldfarb,Attorney,to be the Executor.

CODICIL TO LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
GERTRUDE P.DeNORMANDIE
I,GERTRUDE P.DeNORMANDIE,hereby declare this to
be a First Codicil to my Will dated September 23,1971.
FIRST:I revoke paragraph 2 of my said Will and
in lieu thereof substitute the following:
"2.I devise my home,being the house and lot at
510 Central Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania to the
issue,per stirpes,of my brother,Luther D.Peacock,
deceased;subject,however,to a life interest in
favor of my sister-in-law,Estelle Peacock,for so
long as the said Estelle Peacock lives."
SECOND:In all other respects I ratify and confirm
my Will dated September 23,1971.
