and State 01 PENNSYLVANIA being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon I
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Helen Chmura,
and to my son,Leon Chmura,their heirs and assigns forever,all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,and including my Lot No.55 Block
A,as recorded in Plan Book No.7,Pages 133 and 134,said tract,of
piece ,or Par'~el of land,having erected thereon a house known and re±':.,
ferred to as No.63 Hickory Street,Ellsworth,~ennsylvania,of what
nature and kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time
of my death,to share and share alike in equal portions.
Third.To my son,Andrew Chmura,I give and bequeath the sum of one
(1)dollar.
Fourth.To my daughter,Ann Chmura,I give and bequeath the sum of
