KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,JOHN J.
DEMETER of the Township of Carroll,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,pub-
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby re-
voking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST :I direct the payment out of my estate of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,WILDA H.DEMETER
to have and to hold the same unto her,her heirs and assigns forever
THIRD:In the event that the said WILDA H.
DEMETER predecease me or die simultaneously as a result of a common
disaster or die within a period of thirty (30)days from the date
of my death,I then give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate to be divided equally among my children,
JOHN D.DEMETER and RICHARD W.DEMETER,to have and to hold the same
unto them,their heirs and assigns forever in equal one-half (1 /2)
shares.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint WILDA
H.DEMETER,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the
event my wife predecease me as hereinbefore set forth,I nominate,
constitute and appoint JOHN D.DEMETER and RICHARD W.DEMETER,ExecM-
tors of this my Last Will and Testament and direct that they shall
not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they
may act.
