I,GRACE BELLE CHAPMAN,residing at
2132 Oak Hillt,Aver'\ue,Youngstown,Mahoning County,
Ohio,being of sound mind do hereby make,publish
and declare the following to be my LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT,hereby revoking all wills heretofore
made by me.
ITEM I.
I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate
as soon as possible after my decease,except those
debts which are secured by mortgage on real property
of which I am the owner or part owner,which
shall be allo~ed ,to sta.nd,if possible.
ITEM II.
I hereby give,devise and bequeath
all of my property whether real,personal or mixed,
and wheresoever situated,to my daughter,DORGrHY
ELIZABETH CHAPMAN,2132 Oak Hill Avenue,Youngstown,
Ohio,to be hers absolutely and forever and in fee
simple.
ITEM III.

said daughter,DORQTHY ELIZABETH CHAPMAN,to serve
as Executrix of this my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,
