LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CATHERINE BECKER
I,CATHERINE BECKER,of Cannonsburg,ennsylvania,
being of sound mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last ~ill and estament and do
hereby revoke any and all wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as practicable after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my son,James F.
Becker,the watch belonging to his father,my late husband,
John Becker.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of e very description,wheresoever situated,I give,
devise and bequeath to my three children,Regina Lankes of
Cannonsburg,Pennsylvania,ay Jarvis,now residing at Oak Ridge,
Tennessee,and James F.Becker of Detroit,M~chigan,share
and share alike.In the event any of my said children should
predecease me,the share bequeathed to the one so dying shall
go to his or her children.Included in my said estate,at the
present time,is a bank account standing in the name of myself
and my daughter,Regina Lankes,in a bank in Cannonsburg,Pa.,
which said bank account consists entirely of my money and shall
be divided as above set forth.

FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my daughter,Regina Lankes,executrix of this,my Last will
and Testament and direct that no bond be required of her as
such execut rix.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal and declare and publish this to be my Last ill and
Testament,in the presence of Selma Tyson,Jayne V.Jones
and J.'.Kennedy,whom I have requested to be attesting
witnesses hereto this 23rd day of April,1946.
The foregoing writing was signed,sealed,published
and declared by Catherine Becker as her Last Will and Testament
in our presence and we,at her request and in her presence
and in the presence of each other,have set our hands as
attesting witnesses thereto.
