HAROLD DULANEY,)I,Caroline A.Boyd of West
REGISTER.)Findley Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make,
pUblish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor hereinafter made to pay all
my just and legal debts as soon after my decease as is convenient.
SECOND:I bequeath Three Hundred (300.00)Dollars to
Rev.Samuel Davidson for his kindness to me and to my brother,
Randolph O.Boyd,to be paid in one year after my decease.
THIRD:I bequeath Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars to the
Trustees of the Windy Gap Presbyterian Church;a sufficient sum or
part thereof to erect and keep erected a proper fence round the
burial lots of my Father and Mother and all my Father's and Mother's
children;the remainder of said Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars is
to be invested and kept invested in some legal security and the
income derived therefrom is to be used for the annual upkeep of
the fence around said burial lots and the mowing and keeping in
proper order above named cemetery lots.
FOURTH:I bequeath Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars to the
Trustees of the Windy Gap Presbyterian Church,to be invested by
them in some legal security and the annual interest received there-
from is to be paid on the pastor's salary so long as said Church
eXists,and in case said Church should no longer be used by the
Presbyterians as a Church,said Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars is to
be paid direct to the proper officers of the Home Mission of the
~indy Gap Presbyterian Church or to the Home Mission of some other

Presbyterian Church.
FIFTH:I bequeath Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars to the
Bowry Mission of New York City,New York to be used by the Mission
as it deems best.
SIXTH:I bequeath to J.Wood Williamson,son of my niece
Phoebe Wood Williamson,and who is now Captain in service in the F.
B.I.Department of the Army of the United States the sum of Four
Hundred (.~OO.OO)Dollars.
SEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,I devise
and bequeath to my half-brothers and half sisters in equal shares
to be distributed under the Intestate Laws of the State;the
children to take their parents'&1are.
EIGHTH:I appoint S.M.Williamson my executor of this
my last Will and Testament and hereby authorize,empower and direct
him to sell,either at private or public sale,on such terms and
conditions as he deems best for all interested parties all my real
estate wheresoever Situate,inclUding the timber severed from the
surface,Without an order of Court first had and obtained as com-
pletely as I could do if living and distribute the proceeds as above
set forth.My executor aforesaid is to receive Five (5%)percent
of my gross estate for his services.
IN WITNESS HEREOF,I have set my hand and seal hereto
this 20th day of July,19~2.

Before me,Harold Dulaney,Register for the probate of wills and
granting Letters of Administration in and for said county,personally
appeared S.M.W1lliamson and Phoebe Williamson subscribing witnesses
to the foregoing instrument of tvriting,purporting to be the last
Will and testament of Caroline A.Boyd late of Richhill ~~.in
the county of Greene,deceased,who,being duly sworn according to
law,depose and say that they were personally present and saw and
heard the said testatrix sign,seal,~ublish and declare the fore-
going instrument of writing as and for her last Will and Testament,
and that they signed their names as witnesses to the said instru-
ment of ~~1ting in the presence of the said testatrix and at her
request,and in the presence of each other,and at the time of
signing the same she,the said testatrix was of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,to the best of their knOWledge and
belief,and that as they shall answer to God at the last Gre t Day.

I,S.M.Ti111amson do swear by Almighty God,the searcher
of all hearts,that as Executor of the last Will and Testament of
Caroline A.Boyd late of Richhi11 Twp.Greene County,Pa.$deceased,
I will ell and truly administer the goods and chattels,rights
and credits of said deceased,according to law,and also that I
will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply
with the provisions of the law relative to Transfer and Federal
inheritances,and that as such I shall an~wer to God at the last
Great Day.

testimony offered in this case and filed the same of record,I do
adjudge the foregoing i~iting duly proven as the Last ill and

County,Pennsylvania,deceased,and as such I do admit the same of
record according to Law.
Same day Letters Testamentary granted to S.M.illiamson,
Executor named in the Will.
