KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,VIRGINIA De LEO,alias
VIRGINIA DELEO,a widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills
at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed of which I
shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at
the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all the
expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00)
Dollars,to my son,DANTE De LEO.
THIRD:I give and bequeath the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00)
Dollars,to my son-in-law,ANTHONY (Tony)VITALE.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my two beloved grandchildren,namely,LISA VITALE
and KEVIN VITALE,in equal one-half (1/2)shares,to have and to
hold the same unto them,their heirs and assigns forever.
FIFTH:In the event I die before all of my grandchildren
become of age,then and in that event,if necessary to protect their
estate,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son-in-law,Anthony
(Tony)Vitale,their legal guardian,without bond.
SIXTH:I hereby nomina"te,constitute and appoint my son-in-law,
ANTHONY (Tony)VITALE,Executor of my Last Will and Testament,and
jurisdiction in which he may act.

KNOW ALL l1EN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT I,VIRGINIA DE LEO,ALIAS
VIRGINIA DELEO,a widow,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing having made my Last Will and Testament dated August 17th,
1974,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be a Codicil
to my Last Will and Testament.
FIRST:I hereby ratify and confirm my said Last Will and
Testament,except in so far as Paragrap~'1 FOURTH,the Residuary
Clause therein,may be effected by this Codicil,and I further
revoke in its entirety Codicil dated March 3rd,1975.
SECOND:At the date of the execution of this Codicil I
have an Account with the CHARLEROI FEDERAL SAVINGS &LOAN ASSOC-
IATION in which I intend to have the sum of Thirteen Thousand
($13,000.00)~ollars,which sum only,if any remains at the time
of my death,I give and bequeath as follows,to wit:
(a)unto my nephew ALFONSO (ALFONSINO)LIGUORI,the sum
of EIGHT THOUSAND ($8000.00)DOLLARS:
(b)unto my son-in-law,ANTONIO VITALE,the sum of T~O
THOUSAND ($2,000.00)DOLLARS;
(c)unto GIUSEPPINA LIGUORI (ALFONSO'S WIFE)the sum of
ONE THCUSAND ($1000.00)DOLLARS;
(d)unto GETA BUA,my neice,the sum of ONE THOUSAND
($1000.00)DOLLARS;and
(e)unto my sister-in-law,CARMELA PELINO,the sum of ONE
THOUSAND ($1000.00)DOLLARS.
The foregoing bequests are dependent solely on the existence
of said Account in said Savings &Loan Association at my death,
which Account if less than as above stated,shall be divided pro-
rata among them.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,VIRGINIA DE LEO,have to this a Codicil
to my Last will and Testament dated August 17th,1974,subscried
