County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish,and declare this to
be my Last 11 and Testament,hereby revok ng any and al forme
11 ,by me,at any t me heretofore made.
And s to all of my Estate,rea,perso a ,or m xed,of
wh ch I shall d e seized and possessed,or to wh ch I shal be
entitled at the time of m decease,I give,dev se and eq eath
as follows,to t:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral.
I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand
Dollars to my grandson Hubert Henry Bourbouse.
I direct that all estate,nheritance and successi n
taxes on property pass ng under t is my W11 shal be paid out of
the pr nc pal of my general estate to the same effect as f sa d
taxes were expenses of adm n stration,and all legacies,devises
and other g fts made by this my Will,shall be free and clear
thereof.
FOURTH:11 the rest,residue and rema nder of my state,
real,personal and mixed,I g ve,dev se and bequeath unto my
aughter,MARIETTE BOUR OUSE,nee BE TIAUX,to have and to hold
the same to her,her heirs and assigns forever.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint MARIETTE BOURBO E,
Executr x of this my Will,and I direct that she shall not be re-
quired to enter security in any jurisdiction n which she may act.
