01 ALL ME B THESE PRESE S that I,, a
w dower,a d resident of the Borough of Charlero ,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish,and declare this to
be my Last 11 and Testament,hereby revoki gay and 11 forme
i s,by me,at any t me heretofore made.
And as to all of my Estate,rea ,persona,or m xed,of
wh ch I shall d e seized and possessed,or to which I shall be
entitled at the time of m decease,I give,dev se and bequeath
as follows,to t:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the ex-
penses of my last llness and funera .
I direct that all estate,inheritance and successi n
taxes on property passing under this my Will shall be paid out of
the pr nc pal of my general estate to the same effect as f sa d
taxes were expenses of adrn n strat on,and all legacies,devises
and other g fts made by this my Will,shall be free and c ear
thereof.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I g ve,dev se and bequeath unto my
aughter,MARIETTE BOUR OUSE,nee BERTIAUX,to have and to ho d
the same to her,her heirs and assigns forever.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint MARIETTE BOURBO E,
Executrix of this my Will,and I direct that she shall not be re-
