I,JOHN F.BUSH,of Nottingham Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do hereby make and pUblish this my last Will and Testament,
revoking any will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executrix hereinafter named
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as may be convenient for her to do.
ITEM 2.I will,devise and bequeath all of my
estate,both real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate,to my wife,Anna M.Bush,her heirs and
as signs forever.
ITEM 3.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my wife,Anna M.Bush,Executrix of this my last Will and Testa-
ment.
IN ~ITNESS WHEREOF,I,JOHN F.BUSH,the Testator,
have hereunto set my hand and seal to this my last Will and
Testament,this the 21st day of May,1940.
