LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,BLANCHE M.DAY,of Canonsburg,Washington County,Penn.
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,.do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct the payment of all my just debts
and funeral expenses as soo~as conveniently may be after my
decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my estate,
both real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,
Herschel M.Day.

THIRD:In the event that my husband,Herschel M.Day,does
not survive me,.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of ny estate,both real Rnd personal,to my two
children,Donald M.Day and Dale D.Christensen,in equal shares.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my husband
Herschel M.Day,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
In the event that my said h~sband does not survive me I hereby
nominate,constitute and aproint my son,Donald M.Day,as Executo
of this my Last Will and Testament.I hereby authorize and empowe
my said Executor to sell and convey by proper instruments of con_
veyance any and all real estate or interest therein of which I may
die seized.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
