I,STEVE CHROMULAK,of Donora,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania.,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills
by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,personal
or mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,to my wife,Mary
Chromulak,provided she survives me and survives me for a period of six
months.
SECOND:In the event that my wife,Mary Chromulak,does not survive me
or does not survive me for a period of six months,then I give,devise and
bequeath all of my property,together with its contents,located at 88 Lincoln
Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my son,Michael
Chromulak,provided,however,that he pay the sum of Three Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($350.00)each to my other six children,to wit,Mary C.Sopko,
Steve Chromulak,Jr.,Joseph Chromulak,Ann C.Bagay,Helen C.Tokach
and Marjorie C.Warga.
THIRD:If,after my decease and after all my just debts and funeral expenses
are paid,there remains any money or moneys left in the residue of my estate,
then I give,devise and bequeath such balance,in equal shares,to my children,
namely,Michael Chromulak,Mary C.Sopko,Steve Chromulak,Jr.,Joseph
Chromulak,Ann C.Bagay,Helen C.Tokach and Marjorie C.Warga.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,Mary Chromulak,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event that she does not
survive me,then I nominate and appoint my son,Michael Chromulak,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
