by whom the fo:'egoing attestation was made and who has hereunto subscribed his name,was at
the time of makin:;J thereof and still is President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas,Orphans'
Court and Courts of Quarter Sessions of the Peace and Oyer and Terminer and General Jail Deliv-
ery in and for said county,duly commissioned and qualified,to all of whose acts as such full
faith and credit are and ought to be given as well in courts of judicature as elsewhere.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Mary H.Carr,a widow,now residing in the Borough of Mercer,
Mercer County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
and understanding,do make,publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testament,and hereby revoke and make void all wills by me at any
time heretofore made:
First.I desire my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and
discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
Second.I desire my body interred by the side of my late beloved
husband,Rev.Andrew T.Carr,in our lot in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery at
Jackson Center,Mercer County,Pennsylvania.
Third.I hereby give and bequeath to my sister,Mrs.Lucile Foutz,
of Mercer,Pennsylvania,the sum of five hundred ($500.00)dollars.Also,in
case I do not need same during my lifetime,I give and bequeath to her the
One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollar U.S.Saving Bond now in my safe deposit box.
Also any amount that is left after all bills and bequests are paid.
Fourth.I give and bequeath to Dr.E.A.Langer Baker of Washing-
ton,Pa.,the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Fifth I give and bequeath to Dr.Francis E.Downey,of Bentley-
ville,Pa.the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars.
Sixth.I give and bequeath to Paul Miller of Vienna,Ohio,the sum
of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars.
Seventh.I hereby give and bequeath to the Bentleyville
Presbyterian Church of Bentleyville,Pa.the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars in the name of the C.I.C.Sunday School Class of said church for
its building fund.
Eighth.I hereby give and bequeath to the following:
To my nephew,Virgil S.Zahniser of Pittsburgh,Pa.the sum
of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
To my niece,Mrs.Frances W.Tower,of Greenville,Pa.the
sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
To my niece,Mary J.Foutz,of Mercer,Pa.the sum of Five
Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
To Mrs.Eva Schneider,of Bentleyville,Pa.the sum of Five
Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
To Miss Julia McCashin,niece of my late husband,Rev.
Andrew T.Carr,who resides at 952 Jackson Street,San Francisco,
Cal.,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars.
Ninth.I further order and direct my executor,hereinafter named,
to pay these bequests from mortgage and money in have in the bank.
I hereby name,constitute and appoint my friend,Kenneth V.Thompson
of Bentleyville,Pa.,to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
Dated at Mercer,Mercer County,Pa.this 1st day of June,A.D.1956.
