memory and Understanding do publish this my last Will and
Testament,hereby making void any ill by me heretofore
made.
I first request that all my just Depts be paid in
full and the remainder of my Estate,both Real and Personal,
I bequeath to my Children,Herman,Robert,Bill,Ernest,
alter--Marie,Louise,Johanna,Frida-for there own use and
benefit forever.
I hereby nominate and appoint my Son Walter Behrendt,
Executor of this my last WILL and TESTAMENT.
