Application for Probate of Will in the estate of MARTHA ~
DANDRIDGE,late of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,deceased;which said papers are attached hereto;
AND,Having so done,certify the same under your
hand and seal,and forward the same to the Register's Office at
Washington,Pennsylvania.

I,MARTHA A.DANDRIDGE,of the County of Washington,and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do hereby make this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix to pay my just debts,the
expenses of my last illness and my funeral expenses.
SECOND:All of my estate,both real and personal,I give,
devise and bequeath to my daughters,DELLCENA DANDRIDGE JEFFERSON,
of Ferguson,Missouri,and THERESSA DANDRIDGE BENNETT,of Washington,
pennsylvania.In the event that either of my daughters,DELLCENA
DANDRIDGE JEFFERSON and THERESSA DANDRIDGE BENNETT,predecease me,
but leave issue surviving me,such issue shall take per stirpes that
share of such named daughter who did not survive.
THIRD:I name and appoint my duaghter,DELLCENA DANDRIDGE
JEFFERSON,the Executrix of this,my Last will and Testament.I
direct that no bond or other security shall be required of my
Executrix in any jurisdiction.
FOURTH:In addition to the powers given her by law,my
Executrix shall have the following powers applicable to all property
held by her,effective without Court Order and until actual
distribution:
(a)To retain any property received by her;
•
(b)To sell real estate for any purpose,publicly
or privately for such prices and on such terms as she may deem
proper without liability on the purchasers to see to application
of the purchase moneys.
(c)To compromise controversies.
